🌅 A one-day circular route around the village of Zhalt Kamak in the Rhodopes. In the forests near the village, dozens of rock groups with various shapes are hidden. The area also features a cave and several small waterfalls. The most famous rock group is called Sarataş Kayalı.
We will explore this wild and sparsely populated area along long-abandoned paths.
In the afternoon, we will visit Parmak(la) Kaya /the stone finger/, part of the rock-cult complex in the village of Nochevo. It consists of 2 rocks and 43 trapezoidal niches carved into them. Between the rocks, there is a cave resembling a womb.
To finish, we have prepared a surprise with a tasting of fried carp at our favorite restaurant in the area.
