THE GAMES OF TIME: 4-DAY PRACTICAL TRAINING FOR CONSTELLATORS

First module: THE LANGUAGE OF THE CONSTELLATION FIELD

In constellation work, words are never just words.
A precise phrase can restore a broken connection, return someone else’s burden to where it belongs, and help a person take their place again. A rushed or inappropriate remark can interrupt the process and distance the client from the underlying dynamic.

How can we hear what lies behind the words?
How can we recognize the primary language of trauma?
When is it necessary to offer a healing phrase, and when should we remain in silence?
How can we guide the constellation process precisely, responsibly, and with respect for the entire system?

I invite you to an intensive 4-day training devoted to linguistic techniques in the constellation field. We will explore how the subconscious speaks through recurring words, bodily sensations, images, and life scenarios. We will learn to uncover the hidden primary sentence and find the words that do not explain the process, but move it toward resolution.

The training is intended for practicing constellators, facilitators, and participants in professional training in family and systemic constellations.

PROGRAM
DAY 1: THE PRIMARY LANGUAGE OF TRAUMA
✨ How traumatic experiences are stored in the body and subconscious
✨ “Time capsules” and compulsive repetition
✨ Primary complaint, primary descriptors, and primary sentence
✨ Recognizing emotionally charged words
✨Exploring the connection between the present problem and family history
✨ Practical exercises in pairs and work with a personal case.

DAY 2: MAP OF THE SUBCONSCIOUS AND THE GENOGRAM
✨ The four subconscious themes that disrupt the flow of life
✨ Fusion with and rejection of a parent
✨ Disruption of the early bond with the mother
✨ Identification with a member of the family system
✨ The genogram as a tool for discovering recurring words, destinies, and patterns
✨ Connecting the symptom with its possible systemic source
✨ Demonstrations and practical work

DAY 3: HEALING WORDS IN THE CONSTELLATION
✨ How to construct a precise and impactful healing phrase
✨ Phases and language throughout the constellation process
✨ Phrases for acknowledgment, belonging, order, and responsibility
✨ Returning other people’s burdens, feelings, and destinies
✨ Differentiating from identifications and entanglements
✨ Working with parents, partners, children, previous relationships, and the living and deceased
✨ When words support the process and when silence is more powerful

DAY 4: FROM WORDS TO THE HEALING IMAGE

✨ Creating a new inner image after revealing the old dynamic
✨ Prostration, symbolic action, and the infusion of resources
✨ Linguistic constructions for complex and traumatic topics
✨ The facilitator’s boundaries, ethics, and responsibility
✨ Guiding a complete constellation process
✨ Practice with feedback and professional supervision
✨ Integration of the learning

The training will not be lecture-based only. We will work through demonstrations, exercises, genograms, personal processes, constellation techniques, and analysis of real cases. Each participant will have the opportunity to explore their own reactions and develop a subtler sensitivity to the language of the field.
