Michaela Simova is a psychologist with over 20 years of experience gained both during her work as a freelance specialist and as a psychologist working in a hospital. Michaela is also an EMDR therapist and supervisor, Family Constellator, Integral Coach, PSYCH-K facilitator, AIT therapist, EFT trainer, educator in methods of working with the Breath, and leader of group and individual sessions. She has been in the field of constellations for over ten years, leading individual and group constellations, as well as training groups. Inspired by the Integral model, Michaela fully believes in what Ken Wilber said, that what the mind perceives as integral is perceived by the heart as unity. The heart feels the unity, and the mind can recognize it if it has the integral theoretical framework as a tool for making sense of unity. This connection is what Michaela follows in her work with clients and in her work with groups. She is one of the founders of the Institute for Integral Development and the Bulgarian Institute for Professional Training in methods of working with the Breath, a member of the Austrian Association for Integrative Breathing, a trainer in Integrative Breathing, and the official representative of IBF for Bulgaria.
Dr. Wilfried Erman has completed several master's and doctoral programs in psychology, psychotherapy, philosophy, pedagogy, history, and political science. He has undergone training and is certified in client-centered therapy, several breathing modalities, body-oriented therapy, systemic constellations, trauma therapy, and work with transpersonal states of consciousness. Dr. Erman has been therapeutically working with individual clients and groups since 1987. In 1991, he became one of the founders of the Austrian Association for Integrative Breathing and served as its chairman until 2003. In 1993, he created the training program for Integrative Breathing and has since been the lead trainer of AAID in the training program, which he leads together with a team of other trainers. Since then, he has developed several new approaches and techniques in breathing work, including systemic breathing and breathing for addressing prenatal issues. His current work focus is on research related to prenatal therapy and the philosophy of science regarding the inner world. Dr. Erman conducts training in Integrative Breathing in Austria, Italy, Ireland, Russia, Ukraine, Hungary, and Greece.
Although conventional education in psychology provides him with the necessary foundation and answers to some of the important questions he has always sought, he has also directed his inquiries in other directions, and over the last 20 years, he has undergone training in various schools and methods, including – Free Breathing, Transformative Breathing, Self-Integrative Breathing, Integrative Breathing; Energy Psychology; Family Constellations; Integral Consulting (Coaching); EMDR; PSYCH-K; and others. However, connected, conscious breathing remains his favorite method due to the depth, scope, and speed with which it works. Simeon is one of the founders and the executive director of the Institute for Integral Development, one of the founders of the Bulgarian Institute for Professional Training in methods of working with the Breath, a member of the Austrian Association for Integrative Breathing, and a trainer in Integrative Breathing.

Breathing is essential for the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of individuals. The fine and deep effect of deep, connected, intense breathing has been known for thousands of years. Breathing is a tool for healing, inner cleansing, self-realization, and transformation. Especially concerning the fast-paced daily life of modern individuals, we need competent and tested forms to combine ancient knowledge of the power of breath with modern science, psychology, and psychotherapy discoveries.
Integrative Breathing combines different approaches to breathing work within a broader framework, opening space for a wide range of methods and techniques, allowing us to choose the most suitable approach for work, considering the individual needs and problems of each client. The aim and purpose of Integrative Breathing is to provide a vast methodological repertoire of various breathing schools and methods (holotropic breathing, rebirthing, vivation, transformative breathing, holographic breathing, intuitive cathartic breathing, and Eastern approaches to breathing such as pranayama, bhastrika, etc.), schools and methods for working with the body (techniques from body-oriented psychotherapeutic schools of Alexander Lowen, Wilhelm Reich, Gestalt therapy of Frederick Perls), etc., for trained facilitators of Integrative Breathing, so they have a vast toolkit in their work with clients and can truly approach each individual client.
During the breathing process, certain experiences of biographical and sometimes transpersonal nature are brought to conscious level so that they can be internally integrated. The breath easily brings to light those experiences that are otherwise "stored" at a deep level and integrates them into the network of consciousness, so they can be integrated into this network and no longer be dissociated. Breathing expands this network of consciousness, weaving different parts of the personality into it until the inner awareness recognizes it as something exceptionally beautiful. No thread and no knot are unnecessary in this network.
The experience during the Integrative Breathing session closes the loop, connecting physical opening with emotional healing and heightened awareness of the body and its needs. Additionally, integrative experiences during the session deepen and strengthen the contact and interaction between the inner and outer worlds, helping us see the outer world as a mirror of what is happening inside us.
Integrative Breathing is suitable for everyone, regardless of age, gender, cultural conditioning, or experience. The results achieved through Integrative Breathing are exceptionally fast and profound, and everyone can benefit from its lasting effects.
The Integrative Breathing training of AAID was developed 35 years ago in Austria to ensure high standards of quality training and also clear and ethical criteria. This training has been refined and developed over these 35 years, incorporating an increasing number of approaches and methods. The Integrative Breathing training is based on solid theoretical and scientific concepts, including the latest developments in neuroscience, epigenetics, and trauma theory. The training draws from the vast knowledge base of various breathing techniques and approaches, methods and techniques for working with the body, and psychotherapeutic approaches, with its theoretical and practical parts continuously developing and improving in methodological and meta-theoretical terms.
35 years of experience in training facilitators in Integrative Breathing guarantee the exceptionally high levels of practical and pedagogical skills of AAID trainers. Thanks to the long and deep personal inner work each of them has undergone, they are capable of engaging in an empathetic, responsible, and caring manner with the trainees and demonstrate not only competence and knowledge but also deep levels of respect for each trainee's personal transformative process and their personal growth as a facilitator of Integrative Breathing.
In an exceptionally thorough manner, the training in Integrative Breathing manages to impart the necessary knowledge and experience required for competent and safe work with clients (according to the specific needs of the client), aiming to catalyze their process of personal transformation, integration, self-healing, and growth.
