🌟 PILATES FOR KIDS – MAT & REFORMER 🌟
🌟 Evolve Pilates Lab, Svoboda Blvd 65A
We are excited to announce a new Pilates group for kids, created especially for the little champions who want to move, have fun, and develop their bodies in a healthy way!
👶 Suitable for children aged: 5-12 years
In our training sessions, we include:
Mat Pilates
Reformer exercises (supervised and adapted for children)
Posture improvement
Coordination and balance
Strength and flexibility
Fun and safe exercises
Pilates helps children build strong muscles, correct posture, and confidence in their movements from an early age.
