| Lisa Shaw is the Founder and Managing Director of Hamilton Shaw Consulting, where for more than 20 years she has advised executives on complex technology, commercial and transformation decisions. A Fellow CPA, Lisa combines commercial acumen with a practical approach to leadership, partnerships and decision-making. She has been involved in negotiating technology and services contracts exceeding AUD $7 billion and is known for her focus on transparency, constructive challenge and trusted relationships. Lisa is also a Lead Judge for the AIIA iAwards, an Australian Judge for the APICTA Awards and a volunteer with Women 4 STEM, supporting and encouraging the next generation of women into STEM careers. | Priyanka Haribhai founded Vistara Search with the mission to raise the bar in executive search. She is passionate about delivering not just the best possible outcomes, but also exceptional and memorable experiences for both clients and candidates. Having lived and worked in multiple cities around the world, Priyanka brings a global perspective, empathy, inclusivity, and human connection to her work, shaping the way she approaches every partnership. Priyanka has over thirteen years of experience partnering with private, venture and PE-backed, and publicly listed businesses across technology and consumer-facing industries on C-suite, Board, and senior commercial leadership appointments. Prior to founding Vistara Search, she worked at leading global executive talent platforms and boutique search firms, including True Search, the MitchelLake Group, The MBS Group and SpenglerFox, in Australia and the UK. Priyanka holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Warwick, UK. She is based in Melbourne and has also lived and worked in Hong Kong, London, and Moscow. | Lisa Cutler is a Leadership Coach and Trainer who swapped her early computer coding days for the much more complex task of decoding human behaviour! Her career journey moves from global tech rooms at IBM to building regional sales forces and launching successful women’s empowerment initiatives. As a certified Coach and Advanced Practitioner of Coach Mastery, she blends her corporate savvy and practical strategies, with a deep understanding of human behaviour and a personal approach that helps leaders around the world future-proof their careers. |

| Simon Reiter is the Chief Technology Officer at CareSuper and has more than 25 years of experience leading technology and transformation across financial services and a range of other industries. He was ranked #5 in the 2026 CIO50, recognising Australia’s leading technology executives, having also previously been recognised in the CIO50 in 2019. Beyond CareSuper, Simon is Co-Chair of the superannuation industry’s ASFA SC3 Cyber Security Committee, serves on the Auticon Australia Advisory Board, and guest lectures at the University of Melbourne on technology leadership and transformation. He is passionate about mentoring and developing the next generation of technology leaders and has actively participated in the Women4STEM mentor:SHE program for more than 10 years. |
