On October 25, one of the most influential alto saxophonists of the contemporary jazz scene, Gaetano Partipilo, arrives for Varna Jazz Days with his explosive project Boom Collective, presented live by an exclusive lineup of 5 top musicians.

Partipilo's career includes participation in over 100 world albums, and his biography shines with collaborations with legends such as Dave Liebman, Greg Osby, Till Br?nner, Robin Eubanks, Stefano Bollani, Fabrizio Bosso, as well as with the great trumpeter Paolo Fresu (producer of his album Daylight). Fans of nu-jazz and bossa nova also know him as a key saxophonist in the cult album Garota Moderna by Nicola Conte and Rosalia De Souza.

After a series of performances on prestigious international stages and clubs, the musicians arrive in Varna with their musical cocktail of jazz, neo-soul, funk, electronics, and rock. We can expect a modern, energetic, and hypnotizing sound that goes beyond the boundaries of traditional jazz.
