• Temperature control and doneness levels of the meat
• Differences between smash burger and classic burger

🔹 Practical part - participants will prepare:

• Classic beef burger (Medium Rare)
• Crispy chicken burger
• Homemade burger buns
• Triple-fried potatoes
• Selection and preparation of various toppings for the perfect finishing touch to each burger - bacon jam, fried onions, pickles, and coleslaw

Course Leader
Chef Simeon Hrankov is a graduate of HRC Culinary Academy with extensive international professional experience. His career has taken him through prestigious kitchens in the USA, the Netherlands, and Bulgaria, as well as a Michelin-starred restaurant in Norway. Today, he is a successful entrepreneur and owner of Villa "Entre," where he combines his accumulated international experience with his philosophy of seasonal, authentic, and creative cuisine.
