Cathy Ward (The Breathwork Lady)

Cathy is a warm, playful guide who creates spaces where people feel instantly safe, seen and held. With a naturally caring presence and a gentle sense of fun, she invites you to soften, exhale and come back to yourself.

Netta Dee

Qualified Qigong & Fitness Instructor

Movement is Netta's language! She is passionate about moving the body to increase health, flexibility & generate joy in every cell.

Netta loves to guide people to connect more deeply to their own rhythm & flow through TaiChi, Qigong, Flow Free Dance and gentle exercise.

Her sessions are fun, nourishing and heart led. Blending movement, stillness & joyful exploration. She's looking forward to flowing, moving & dancing with you x
