The Invasion of the Giant Bugs

"The Invasion of the Giant Bugs" - a world-renowned exhibition opens at the Central Railway Station in Sofia. The project partner in Bulgaria is the Natural History Museum "Cherni Osam".
The Central Railway Station in Sofia transforms into a towering, buzzing microcosm, thanks to the official opening of the world-famous exhibition "The Invasion of the Giant Bugs", which opens its doors today. Created by Mr. Dan Firoiu, founder of the internationally recognized Bulgarian company “Coco Agency”, this grand animated exhibition, which has captivated over 1.2 million visitors in China, Canada, the USA, and Romania, finally arrives in Bulgaria.
The exhibition invites visitors on an unforgettable adventure, during which they shrink to the size of insects to stroll through a magically decorated world with towering mushrooms reaching up to 5 meters high.
Guests of the exhibition will come face to face with 24 colossal, hyper-realistic, and animated insects from around the world, most of which move and make sounds, bringing to life the intricate world of arthropods.
Exhibition highlights:

• A breathtaking 3-meter tall mantis
• A dazzling scorpion stretching an impressive 4 meters long
• An adorably large ladybug covering 2 square meters

"The Invasion of the Giant Bugs" is held in special collaboration with the Natural History Museum "Cherni Osam", which will present an exhibition area "The Green Heritage from the Heart of the Balkans" - realistic models of plants from the untouched nature of Central Balkan, created using the method of "ceramic floristics". The exhibition also provides insight into the 50-year history of one of the few natural history museums in Europe, located in a mountain village.
The overall educational experience during the exhibition is complemented by an extensive educational area with over 300 exhibits of real herbarium insects.
"The purpose of this exhibition, which I proudly lead, is to inspire awe and respect for the natural world," said Mr. Dan-Nicolae Firoiu, owner of the agency “Coco Agency” and the creative force behind the project, whose work on cultural projects has been recognized in over 35 countries worldwide. "We are truly excited to present this spectacular educational experience in Bulgaria and to show future generations one of the most unique exhibitions of bugs and insects in the world."

The exhibition "Giant Bugs" is the perfect winter experience for the whole family, including a special area with a ball pit for the little ones and a comfortable resting area for parents.
