As Mud Women Creations are not Fired, you have the opportunity to adorn them with sticks, twigs, stones, treasures, flowers, beads, feathers, paints.

**Saturday 26:Arrive, mingle, create
Morning Group Session:(12 – 1 pm)**
Meeting the group and creating a supportive circle of women
Introduction to working with raw clay (not fired) and adornment.
Afternoon Session:(2.30 – 6 pm)**
Listening to the wisdom of your hands
Beginning your Mud Woman creation
Developing your sculpture
Individual reflection and creative exploration
Support and encouragement within the group
Evening Dinner: (7.30 pm)

**Sunday 27:Hands in clay, creativity and connection

Continuing your Mud Woman creation
Exploring what is emerging through the process

Completing and decorating your creation with natural materials

ABOUT THE HOST
Australian born, Willow Salathiel has been facilitating Mud Women gatherings for 20-years, bringing women together to connect, create and enjoy community through the shared experience of sculpting feminine forms in raw, (unfired) clay and incorporating natural treasures gathered from the environment. Her workshops encourage creativity, connection and self-expression in a supportive space where women are inspired by one another and guided by the process of working with clay.
ABOUT THE GUEST SPEAKER
Award-winning author, filmmaker, and ghostwriter Karen Donaldhas lived in Bali for two decades. As the founder of Karen Donald Publishing, she helps others finish and publish their books, at retreats, and in person.
ABOUT DESA SENI
Desa Seni is an eco-resort with a saltwater pool and a dedicated art room, providing additional creative space alongside a safe space for women.
The garden terrace restaurant serves Indonesian and international dishes, and massage services, and activities including yoga, meditation, cooking classes, garden tours, and arts sessions, all designed to give a peaceful, creative, and ecological stay.
Accommodation
At Desa Seni, the accommodation consists of eight traditional Indonesian structures, each thoughtfully restored and combined with modern comforts such as private bathrooms, tiled floors, ceiling fans, and natural airflow. Each space includes a veranda and offers either a double bed or twin beds.
