Maali Hub is hosting a full-day, hands-on workshop on Wednesday, 14 October, designed specifically for Early and Mid-Career Researchers. Attendees will learn the art of "the ask" and how to perfect their pitch, gaining the skills, confidence and practical tools needed to elevate funding conversations and secure stronger research partnerships. This workshop will be facilitated by Lockie McDonald from Fullsky.
Morning Session: The Art of the Ask;
The morning session we will work on a set of practical tools and techniques to increase the clarity and cut through of your research story.
Afternoon Session: Perfecting the Pitch;
Who to ask; Network stakeholder mapping and who really makes the decisions?
Put the polish on your pitch, as we explore strategies for more engaging meetings. We will practice how to confidently make the face to face ask!
