Delete your Huddle account

This page is for Huddle, operated by Support Wing EOOD. You can delete your account in the iPhone or Android app under Settings → Delete account, or sign in above and confirm deletion on this page. You do not need to install the app to use this page.

If you organise upcoming events, cancel or delete them first. This protects people who have bought tickets.

Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your Huddle account and ask us to delete it. If you no longer have access to that email address, explain this in your request so we can verify that the account is yours. We respond within one month and may need to verify your identity before carrying out the request.

Account deletion is permanent. Your profile, connections, messages, events, beacons, album photos and other owned content are deleted, including photo files. Location sharing stops and your location record is deleted. Your sessions and tokens are revoked. We also request deletion of the feed telemetry linked to your account.

If you used Sign in with Apple, we revoke Huddle's access where a revocation credential is available. Otherwise we show you how to revoke it yourself in your Apple account settings.

• Orders and payments: 10 years after the end of the year of payment. They are detached from your account, but the contact name, email and phone on the order remain for this period.
• Moderation records: 2 years, detached from your account.
• PostHog analytics: events for 12 months; session recordings for 30 days. Account deletion does not automatically remove these records. You can request earlier deletion at [email protected].
• Better Stack crash and error reports: 30 days.
• Visit statistics for event and organisation pages: 24 months. Some anonymous statistics cannot be linked back to your account.
• Backups: deleted within 35 days.
